Si quieren ganar clientela creo que hay muchas personas que se quejan sobre sus maletas de mano pienso que se deberia aumenta un poco el volumes de la maleta de mano y ya veran como gana mayor clientela esa seria mi opinio gracias

Hubo retraso en el viaje se estaba programado para las 3:30pm y salió a las 7:30pm tuve que esperar en el aeropuerto 4 horas
The compensation for the cancelled flight was very good (Novotel Hotel Lima) but we had to wait 6 hours for that at the airport. The hotline did not work at all in english!! Also in spanish it was often occupied. Our other flight was also delayed. Our luggage was nearly send to another airport. When buying the tickets online our birthdays were wrong (we entered them correctly the system changed them) and we did not get an answear to our email for 2 days. The worst airline we ever have been flying with. But the compensation was good at least.
